ODF (Outpatient Drug-Free)

Level of Care: ODF programs are a non-intensive outpatient treatment option. They are designed for individuals who have a substance use disorder but do not require a highly structured or intensive treatment program. Frequency: These programs typically involve fewer sessions, often one or two times per week. They provide more flexibility, allowing individuals to continue with their daily life (e.g., work, school) while receiving treatment. Focus: Treatment may include individual counseling, group therapy, education on addiction, and support for maintaining sobriety. The approach is generally less intensive than IOP and might be used for those with a less severe addiction or as a step-down from more intensive programs. To schedule an appointment or refer a patient to this program, please contact our office at 323-378-2009 Ext. 1001. Alternatively, you can submit a referral online, and the patient will be contacted within 24-72 hours.

IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program)

Level of Care: IOP is a higher level of care than ODF. It is designed for individuals who need more support but do not require 24-hour residential treatment. Frequency: IOP programs are more intensive, typically involving 3 or more sessions per week, with each session lasting several hours. This offers more structured treatment while still allowing participants to live at home and maintain some of their daily routines. Focus: Treatment is more comprehensive than ODF, often including group therapy, individual counseling, and family therapy, with a strong emphasis on developing coping skills and relapse prevention. IOP is usually for individuals with moderate to severe substance use issues, or those who need more structure to stay sober. To schedule an appointment or refer a patient to this program, please contact our office at 323-378-2009 Ext. 1001. Alternatively, you can submit a referral online, and the patient will be contacted within 24-72 hours.
